and knowledgeable. They have dealt with all Morestaff`s IT requirements
for over 5 years. In that time due to expansion we have moved premises,
and with FWCS this was a seamless process, no down time was experienced.
FWCS have ensured any IT problems are minimal, and the turn around of
faults is within the same day, should any problem be an urgent nature,
they deal with it almost immediately. We have never required a fault to
be fixed on site, any faults are dealt with remotely. Only installation
of new equipment has required a site visit.
